This channel is about living well, growing older exquisitely, and expressing more compassion to ourselves and others -- all others, all species -- each and every day. I've written 13 books on well-being, practical spirituality, and Vegan living -- Creating a Charmed Life, Fit from Within, Younger by the Day, Main Street Vegan -- and the proposal for my 14th, Age Like a Yogi, is being shopped to publishers now (prayers appreciated). Some historical cool stuff: VegNews Magazine called me one of the “Top 10 Living Vegetarian Authors” ... I was voted PETA’s “Sexiest Vegan Over 50” for 2017 ... and, back in the day, featured twice on the Oprah show.
I hope to share with you what I've learned in exploring spirituality since, well, forever -- I can't remember when that wasn't my grandest passion. But I want it to be real and tangible and applicable to all aspects of your life. And I also want to share about ayurveda, and gentle self-care, and making food choices and life choices that make you feel amazing today and going forward.
