Hi guys, I hope you all are doing well :)
Filmed a random what i eat in a day for you, don’t forget this is just one day out of my life. so this should just be a recipe inspiration.

RECIPES:

BREAKFAST: Porridgewhat you need:
-80g oats
-about 150ml oat milk
-a bit of water
-1,5 tbsp chia seeds
-cinnamon
-grounded ginger

Toppings: -1 banana
-a bit maple syrup
-chocolate
-peanutbutter
-a bit more oatmilk

HOW TO:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the porridge an cook until it gets a thick creamy consistence.
2. In the meantime, cut the banana and fry it in some agave syrup in a pan and let it caramelize.
3. now top the porridge with all the toppings and ENJOY :)

LUNCH: Wraps
WHAT YOU NEED: (1 portion)
-homemade wraps :
-90g chickpea flour ( amzn.to/2Jlimw7 )
-pinch of salt

-approx. 300-400g mushrooms
-1/2 block Naural tofu (or preferably the very soft one from the Asian market)
-1 teaspoon miso paste
- a shot of plant based milk
- pepper
-garlic powder
-fresh rocket
-tahini as topping

HOW TO:
1) Make the self-made wraps: Just mix the chickpea flour with about 250ml warm water and let everything rest for 10min. mix again and fry them in the pan.
2) Put 1/2 tofu in a blender.
3) Add miso paste, pepper, garlic powder and some vegetable milk
4) mix until you get a very creamy mass (you can add more milk if you wish).
5) wash, slice and fry the mushrooms in some soy sauce in a pan.
6) Top the wraps with the tofu sauce, fresh rocket, chmapignons and tahini.


SNACK: ENERGY BALLSWhat you need:
- 60g oat flakes
- 60g dates
- 60g peanut butter
- some maple syrup
- Dark chocolate or cooking chocolate

HOW TO
1. Mix oats and dates in a blender until everything is shredded.
2. Cut some chocolate into little pieces
3. Now put them in a bowl and add peanut butter, some chocolate and maple syrup and mix everything with a spoon or your hands.
4. now form some little balls out of the sticky dough. ( put some water on your hands, so its easier to form the balls)
5. Roll them in the rest of the chocolate and store them in your fridge.

DINNER: Pizza

Sauce:
- pure Tomato paste
- fresh basil
- spices (my favorite one is the adios salz from Sonnentor) :
- nutritional yeast ( amzn.to/3mo2pU2 )
- salt

How to: 1) put the sauce on your pizza dough
2)add all veggies and tofu sauce from lunch
3)bake it according to package instructions
4)add some fresh salad and a little bit of olive oil.
5)ENJOY :)
