5 DELICIOUS DINNER RECIPES to support your weight loss: chefaj.com/5-delicious-low-fat...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Over the years, many of my viewers have asked me to do a Trader Joe's shopping haul. Well, I have done one better. A complete Trader Joe's store tour of just about every vegan item they sell. This video is by no means comprehensive as they are always adding new products and also have many items that are seasonal. As a matter of fact, since shooting this video I have already discovered a new low-fat, sugar-free vegan item, an overnight oat/chia pudding!

The reason I do not show my grocery hauls is because in addition to doing weekly batch cooking, I also do bulk shopping. For 25 years I literally lived next door to the Trader Joe's on Hazeltine (shout out to Robert, Luis and Kelsey if you see this video, I miss you guys!). But now the closest Trader Joe's is almost 30 minutes away so I BULK shop. For example, I buy their baby Brussels sprouts in a case of 24 so you may not see those on any given trip. I do at least 95% of my shopping at Trader Joe's, only going to other stores for a very few items they don't carry (Hannah yams, turnips, rutabagas and purple cabbage).

I have been a proud vegan for 43 years and a happy Trader Joe's shopper for nearly as long. Whether you are a whole food plant based eater, a regular vegan or just want to eat more plants, Trader Joe's has so many healthy, delicious and affordable options.

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with Trader Joe's and am not being compensated to promote them or their products. I am just a person who, as a vegan for 43 years, appreciates all the vegan options that they offer at a fair price with wonderful customer service.

Here is a list of some of the vegan products carried by Trader Joe's:

Thank you Trader Joe's for allowing me to do this video and for your outstanding commitment to excellence.
