But, where you get your protein?? But, what about iron?? But, what about calcium?? But, B12!! .....
No deficiencies, like usual. The only thing I'm deficient in is high cholesterol :D
I've been vegetarian for 30 years and vegan for now 5 years. I've never had a deficiency and in fact, my blood just keeps improving. I go for a physical once a year, which everyone should, no matter how good they eat and take care of themselves. It's still good to check and know. I like to compare my blood work to the year before and see how I've improved and my numbers have become even more awesome than the previous year!!
