After our Whole Starch Low Fat Video we received a lot of requests for a What I Eat In A Day WSLF! Here it is!

Breakfast = steel cut oats in the rice cooker
Snack = sweet potato smoothie bowl
Lunch = Farmers Market Veggie Bowl
Dinner = Restaurant - Beans, Grains, Veggies, Greens of the day & oil-free house dressing

Creamy Basil Dressing

¾ cup unsweetened soy milk
½ cup white beans
2-3 cloves garlic
2 Tb lemon juice
¼ cup nutritional yeast (optional)
2 cups chopped fresh basil

Combine ingredients into a food processor or immersion blender, puree until smooth and creamy.
