-Rinsed/Strained green jackfruit (cut off hard parts/remove seeds)
Cook on a pan for a few mins + add bbq sauce!

-1 mashed banana
-1 tbsp flax
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-cashew milk (around 1 cup, add more/less based on consistency - these should be pretty thick!)
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1 cup rolled outs blended to oat flour (mix in whole flour or buckwheat flour for fluffier consistency)
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tbsp cinnamon
-1 scoop plant protein powder (I use Care/Of Vanilla)
toppings:
-microwaved frozen blueberries
-nectarines
-banana
-maple syrup
