What I eat in a day on a vegan and plant based diet, as a very lazy, carefree person :) My food tends to change each day, sometimes it's nachos, vegan burgers, chips and popcorn, sometimes it's smoothies, salads and proper structure for each meal. This lifestyle is just what works best for me - I really love being able to eat whatever I'm craving and feel totally satisfied. Listening to your body, your hunger cues, your mood and eat based off that, rather than a set of rules or self imposed restriction is really important. The more often you eat fresh, unprocessed foods, the more your body will learn to crave that - but it is still ALWAYS okay to treat yourself to processed "junkier" foods too. Life is about balance and having fun. Like I said in the video, some days you'll eat more, some days you'll eat less, as long as you're following cues from your body, it will all even out!
