Bob and Fran are both in their 80's and say they feel Better Than Ever!
Their life together has been an incredible ride - a wonderful family, successful careers, worldwide travel, and countless adventures.
And thankfully, they both overcame life-threatening diseases (Bob had kidney cancer and Fran had Myasthenia Gravis). This is why they switched to a whole-food, plant-based, oil-free eating lifestyle 15 years ago. Bob and Fran state that there is no question that this change in diet enabled them to defeat these illnesses and enjoy a life of great health, energy, happiness, and longevity.
This dynamic couple are all about healthy aging! For many years they have spent most their time inspiring others to join them in their life goal to "Die Young, As Late As Possible" by making the right food choices.
