In this episode we speak with Rich Kelleman, Founder and CEO of Bond Pet Foods. Rich spent most of career in the Ad industry and whist he was working with Burger King and learning more about the meat industry he decided to go vegan. Researching and reading books like 'Eating Animals' also helped him make the decision. After he became a dog owner and realised the impact the pet food industry makes on sustainability and animal welfare he wanted to do something about it. He searched for a year to find a co-founder in order for them to focus on developing dog food that is made with animal-free ingredients from plants and cultured proteins.
