I am Ullenka, @ullenka_ (before @deHappy5_mama) from Instagram. My kids used to suffer from severe eczema. There is no real cure, but I there is a way to be free from eczema, by adopting a clean plant based diet and lifestyle.
I have decided to start doing videos to help more people who struggle, and also to share my journey how I teach my kids to eat and love real food.
