It's in our sadness when seeing monkeys, birds and turtles fall victim to environmental disasters.
What makes pigs, chickens, cows and fish different from the animals you love? Just as we do, they like to feel free and safe, to play and make friends, they miss each other like humans do. They feel thirst, hunger and cold. More than any dog or cat, they go through extreme situations of fear and pain, without any chance to defend themselves.
More and more, people have removed animals from their plates, recognizing the value of their feelings. Be part of that change too. After all, when you love one of them, the seed to love many others has already been planted."
