In cooperation with the Viet Nam CITES Management Authority under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Humane Society International has created an animated version of the illustrated children’s book “I’m a Little Elephant.” Viet Nam is making a concerted effort to increase the country’s elephant population and fight the threats facing elephants by creating public awareness campaigns targeting school children designed towards reducing demand for ivory and other elephant parts.
