Raw Vegan Salted Caramel Fudge Slice

Hi guys! As promised via my Insta account @rawspirations, here is a quick video tutorial on how I whip up my super delicious & easy Vegan Salted Caramel Fudge Slice! My son is clued to me at the moment as he recovers so expect to see his hands wondering into the video! 😂😋

Instructions:
🔸Base ingredients;
1/2 cup activated buckwheat
1 cup pitted medjool dates
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup raw almonds.
Method:
Process until ingredients stick together.
Press into flan tin.

🔸Caramel layer Ingredients
1 cup unhulled tahini paste
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
few drops natural vanilla essence
pinch Himalayan crystal salt.
Method:
Mix , spread over base. Freeze overnight.

🔸chocolate layer ingredients
1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
1 tbs cacao butter (melted),
2 tsp pure maple syrup
few drops vanilla essence
1 heaped tbs cacao or cocoa powder.

Method;
Mix, when ready to serve, remove slice from freezer, slice into squares. pour over caramel. ✌🏼️
