We live in Nebraska in a little house on a hill surrounded by our garden filled with fruit trees, vegetables, native flowers, and a flock of laying hens. We love to travel to new destinations, go on long walks, swim in wild waters, and have picnics as often as possible.

Elliot's sister was the egg donor and Matthew's mother, at 61 years old, was the gestational surrogate, giving birth to her first granddaughter.
