Mike On Raw

I changed from a Standard American Diet to a high carb low fat vegan diet on January 1st, 2015. This channel documents my transition and my thoughts as look at spending the rest of my life as a high carb mostly raw vegan.

I started on youtube years ago and have my original channel youtube.com/user/realmike86753... where I posted videos of working on my car, and general stuff. The main use of that channel was for me to post videos of my new grand child so that extended family could see him moving around. (all those are not public listed)
