About 5 years ago I started having health and digestive issues with my esophagus. None of my doctors could figure out what was wrong with me. I was advised to cut out gluten and dairy, but I was still having issues. When I finally went to an allergist, she recommended that I also cut out all animal products and oil. After a year of contemplating going plant based, I tried whole30 and vegetarian, which helped slightly but I was still having issues. In January 2019 I finally decided to start my Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle and it has been one of the best decisions of my life! I’m having none of the issues I previously had and feel amazing! AND i still get to eat my fave foods bc I’ve created versions that are safe for me to eat! Feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
