Hi! Welcome :) I’m a cookbook author and photographer living in California. A few questions I get asked:
Q: Who are you?
A: My bio usually includes this line - Heidi Swanson is a New York Times best-selling author and two time James Beard Award winning cookbook author. I’m interested in a lot of things, but mostly I love cooking, sharing recipes, and writing (and photographing) cookbooks.
Q: What kind of food do you cook?
A: I focus on whole foods, natural foods, vegetarian, and vegan recipes. My recipes tend to be plant-centric, un-fussy, and substantial.
Q: Where is the next place you want to visit // Where have you travelled?
A: Vietnam // Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tanzania, Japan, Mexico, Canada, Jamaica, Chile, Argentina, China, France, Italy, Czechoslovakia, Netherlands, United Kingdom, India, New Zealand, Turkey, Spain, Germany, Cayman Islands, Austria, Morocco
