The Pollination Project

Impact

The Challenge
The farm animal protection movement faces a generational gap in digital advocacy. While young people are increasingly passionate about animal welfare, few organizations are equipped to identify, support, and scale youth-led content creation, especially on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, where cultural influence is shaped in real time. Emerging creators often lack mentorship, funding, and visibility, leaving their voices underdeveloped and under-amplified. For donors and NGOs seeking to build long-term capacity and cultural relevance, this represents both a strategic vulnerability and a major opportunity.
Our Approach
We launched the Youth Pro-Animal Awards (YPAA) to fill this gap—building a global pipeline supporting youth creators who advocate for farm animals through compelling, platform-native content. In partnership with The Pollination Project, we designed a grantmaking and mentorship program that identifies emerging voices, equips them with funding and training, and connects them to a network of influencers, nonprofit leaders, and peer collaborators.By combining creator discovery, strategic amplification, and hands-on support, YPAA helps young advocates scale their content, deepen their impact, and become long-term leaders in the pro-animal movement.
