ICING:
¾ cup raw cacoa powder
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup to ½ cup pure maple syrup

Mix until combined
3. NACHOS
500g potatoes sliced thinly
300g fresh salsa
1/2 cup jalapenos
1 tin mixed beans in tomato sauce
50g vegan cheese

Layer all ingredients and grill until cheese has melted
